- Possibilidades didáticas e transferência (D5-Q1 a D5-Q7).
As
Entretanto, as
Vale destacar a sugestão
| pt_BR |
dc.description.abstract | The present study, based on the sociocognitive theory (TSC), starts from the hypothesis
that ludic experiences based on the practice of games and sports provided to people with
intellectual disabilities (ID) can promote self-regulation of learning (AA) and aid the
development of professional skills. The objective of the research was to create and evaluate
a program of practices in games and sports ("DEZPORTIVO") as a tool for promoting the
AA of professional skills by people with ID who attend specialized care institutions (IAE)
and/or regular education. The program was presented in the form of didactic material
consisting of: (a) a narrative (story-tool) in which the characters act as a model of self regulation and the contexts articulate with the proposed activities; (b) a plan of game and
sport practices that stimulated "Planning" ("Bocce"), "Executing" ("Adapted Volleyball") and
"Evaluating" ("Tchoukball"); (c) complemented by proposal for feedbacks. The research
included 42 specialist teachers (judges) aged between 26 and 86 years old (Md =42 years
old; Mo=38 years old; IQR=19.3 years old), divided into 03 groups: (a) GAA (N=16),
consisting of teachers from different training areas who declared having training and/or
experience with AA; (b) GEF (N=19), consisting of teachers trained in Physical Education
(PE) who declared having no training and/or experience with AA; (c) GEF/AA (N=07),
teachers trained in Physical Education who also declared having training and/or experience
with AA. To assess the value and potential of the "DEZPORTIVO" program, the teachers
analyzed the didactic material and answered a questionnaire (likert scale) consisting of 38
questions (Q) divided into 5 dimensions (D): D1 - Adequacy of the proposal, Organization
and Project Structure (D1-Q1 to D1-Q9); D2 - Narrative Structure (D2-Q1 to D2-Q8); D3 -
Progression of proposed activities (D3-Q1 to D3-Q4); D4: Promotion of AA Strategies (D4-
Q1 to D4-Q10); D5 - Didactic possibilities and transference (D5-Q1 to D5-Q7). Each
question was complemented by an optional space for justification. Quantitative data
generated agreement graphs (%) and comparisons between groups: Chi-Square (x2
) for
nominal qualitative variables and Kruskal-Wallis for ordinal qualitative variables. The
optional dissertations generated textual corpus for the analysis of Similitude and Descending
Hierarchical Classification (DHC), performed by the Iramuteq software. Statistical
differences were found in 4 of the 38 objective questions, more specifically referring to the
themes: “use of illustrations to teach AA strategies” (D2-Q7); “use of illustrations to teach
PLEA” (D2-Q7); “teaching the information search strategy” (D4-Q6) and “encouraging the
tutoring resource” (D5-Q2). However, the answers presented by the teachers were not
associated with the profile of the group they were part of. The teachers belonging to the
GAA were the most judicious in their positions regarding the levels of agreement and
frequency of dissertations with criticism and/or suggestions. The high mean values of
agreement levels in all questions evaluated by the GAA groups (D1 - 91.25%; D2 - 92.97%;
D3 - 89.06%; D4 - 90.63%; D5 - 92.61 %), GEF (D1 - 95.26%; D2 - 98.68% D3 - 98.68%;
D4 - 98.42%; D5 - 99.04%) and GEF/AA (D1 - 95.71% ; D2 - 100.00% D3 - 100.00%; D4 -
100.00%; D5 - 100.00%) allow us to conclude that the potential of the didactic material was
recognized as adequate and relevant for working with IAE and Regular Education . It is
worth highlighting the specialists' suggestion about teacher training for greater
assertiveness in achieving results, specifically regarding: (a) proficiency in TSC and AA
references; (b) attention to adaptation needs according to the cognitive individualities of
people with ID; (c) possible adjustments to the proposal for feedbacks to ensure students’
motivation; (d) attention to the articulations of sport skills and AA strategies to assist students
in the process of transferring knowledge to promote AA of professional skills. | pt_BR |
