Guaianases: territórios de quem vive na zona leste de São Paulo

Abstract

A pesquisa propõe um estudo sobre os caminhos e percursos de quem vive na Zona Leste da cidade de São Paulo e tem como recorte espacial a área administrativa da subprefeitura de Guaianases, abarcando os bairros de Lajeado e Guaianases. Tendo como princípio a compreensão dos fixos e fluxos sobre o território e as interferências deste lugar no modo de vida da comunidade, a investigação tem como base as mudanças na malha urbana e as consequentes transformações epistemológicas, ou seja, aquelas que dizem respeito ao Homem na sua relação com o objeto de estudo. A análise desse espaço, que é resultado de um processo de segregação socioespacial dentro da cidade de São Paulo, tende a considerar a evolução histórica e morfológica bem como a análise aprofundada dos caminhos e território visíveis e invisíveis presentes na realidade dos grupos sociais prejudicados pelo contexto da periferização ao longo do tempo. Este estudo deve dar subsídios para a compreensão e reflexão sobre as urbanidades deste espaço suas potencialidades e suas deficiências. Trata-se de um estudo de caso fundamentado na pesquisa bibliográfica, iconográfica e de campo, resultando em uma reflexão teórica sobre análise qualitativa.

The research studies this paths and of those who live in the East Zone of the city of São Paulo, and its spatial outline is the administrative area of the sub-prefecture of Guaianases, contemplating Lajeado and Guaianases. With the principle of understanding the fixed and flows over the territory, and as interferences of this place in the community's way of life, the investigation deals with the changes in the urban fabric and the consequent epistemological transformations, that is, those that concern Man in the its relationship with the object of study. An analysis of this space, which is the result of a process of socio-spatial segregation within the city of São Paulo, tends to consider the historical and morphological evolution as well as the in-depth analysis of the invisible paths and territory present in the reality of the social groups harmed by the context peripheralization over time. This study should provide subsidies for the understanding and reflection on the urbanities of this space, its potentialities and its deficiencies. The dissertation is a case study based on an advanced bibliographic, iconographic and field research in a theoretical reflection on qualitative analysis.
