Negociações comerciais do brasil: o futuro da economia em jogo

Abstract

O artigo tem como objetivo analisar as principais negociações comerciais em que o Brasil está envolvido neste início de século, no âmbito da OMC, na formatação de uma área de Livre Comércio nas Américas (ALCA) e na formação de um bloco de livre comércio entre o Mercosul e a União Europeia. Destaca a importância da instância negociadora da OMC, a complexidade dos temas envolvidos e o atual estágio das outras negociações.

The article has as its objective to analyze the main commercial negotiations inwhich Brazil has been involved in the beginning of this century in relation to theOMC, in the formatting of an Area of Free Commerce in Americas (ALCA) andin the formation of a block of free commerce between the Mercosul and theEuropean Union countries. It highlights the importance of the negotiationinstance of the OMC, the complexity of the involved subjects and the currentposition of other negotiations.
