Casa, mundo, quintal: ser-arquitetura-da-arquitetura no modo de vida caipira

Abstract

Ao observar as habitações em algumas cidades do interior paulista percebemos a presença de traços que podem ser caracterizados como vernaculares, cuja origem remete ao modo de vida tradicional de um ser humano descrito na literatura como caipira. Desta forma, esta tese tem como objetivo analisar o habitat e o modo de ser deste antigo habitante paulista investigando de que maneira estes traços ainda persistem, em que intensidade e quais são as suas manifestações nas habitações contemporâneas. Para isto, partiremos da reflexão sobre o conceito de lugar utilizando a obra do filósofo Martin Heidegger que, em seus escritos, refletiu sobre a relação entre espaço, lugar e habitat humano. A reflexão incidirá em como o caipira exerce sua subjetividade convertendo suas escolhas (ações) numa simbólica material e transcendental em busca de seu ser com o objetivo de entender como este projeto se manifesta na forma de lócus existencial.

By observing the housing in some cities in the São Paulo state interior, it perceives the presence of traces that can be characterized as vernacular, whose origin refers to the traditional way of life of a human being described in the literature as caipira. Thus, this doctoral thesis aims to analyze the habitat and the mode of being of this ancient São Paulo human being, investigating how these traits persist and which is the scale and what are its manifestations in contemporary homes. To do this, it starts from the reflection on the concept of place using the work of the philosopher Martin Heidegger who, in his writings, reflected on the relationship between space, place and human habitat. The reflection will focus in how these São Paulo´s habitants exert their subjectivity converting your choices (actions) in a material representation and transcendental in search of his being in order to understand how this project is manifested in the form of an existential locus.
