Análise do Feminicídio íntimo na cidade de Campinas nos anos de 2020 e 2021

Abstract

O presente projeto busca analisar os dados do feminicídio íntimo – tentados e consumados – na cidade de Campinas, identificados por meio da análise documental dos processos que foram à plenária na vara do júri, nos anos de 2020 e 2021. O feminicídio íntimo corresponde aos crimes cometidos por pessoas, geralmente homens, com os quais as vítimas possuem ou possuíram uma relação íntima, familiar, de convivência, ou afins. Incluem os crimes cometidos por parceiros sexuais ou pessoas com quem tiveram outras relações interpessoais, tais como maridos e companheiros, sendo relações atuais ou passadas. Observa-se que da análise dos processos foi possível identificar que mais de 90% dos feminicídios se encaixam na categoria do feminicídio íntimo. Serão extraídas as mais diversas informações presentes nos processos, a fim compreender a dinâmica dos fatos, bem como identificar informações sobre o autor, a vítima, o local de ocorrência do crime, entre outras consideradas relevantes, destacando-se o fato de que os crimes são praticados por pessoas que fazem parte do convívio íntimo da vítima. O referencial teórico adotado é o da Criminologia feminista e, a partir dele, objetiva-se compreender a trajetória da criminalização do feminicídio, analisando a conceituação dos tipos de feminicídio e, especificamente, a do feminicídio íntimo, bem como o modo como se dá a intervenção penal. Para enfrentar a questão, será utilizada uma abordagem multimetodológica, valendo-se da revisão de bibliografia e coleta de dados por do estudo de casos. Espera-se ao fim da pesquisa ter um conhecimento aprofundado de como os feminicídios íntimos na cidade de Campinas ocorrem, dentro do recorte dado ao projeto. Ademais, espera-se que eventualmente seja possível contribuir no desenvolvimento de políticas públicas eficientes a fim de coibir a incidência de novos feminicídios íntimos (tentados ou consumados).

The present project seeks to analyze the data of intimate femicide – attempted and consummated – in the city of Campinas, identified through the documentary analysis of the processes that went to the plenary in the court of the jury, in the years 2020 and 2021. Committed by people, usually men, with whom the victims have or have had an intimate, family, coexistence, or similar relationship. They include crimes committed by sexual partners or people with whom they have had other interpersonal relationships, such as husbands and partners, whether current or past relationships. It is observed that from the analysis of the processes it was possible to identify that more than 90% of femicides fit into the category of intimate femicide. The most diverse information present in the processes will be extracted, in order to understand the dynamics of the facts, as well as to identify information about the author, the victim, the place of occurrence of the crime, among others considered relevant, highlighting the fact that the crimes are practiced by people who are part of the intimate life of the victim. The theoretical framework adopted is that of feminist criminology and, based on it, the objective is to understand the trajectory of the criminalization of femicide, analyzing the conceptualization of the types of femicide and, specifically, that of intimate femicide, as well as the way in which it takes place. criminal intervention. To address the issue, a multi methodological approach will be used, using the literature review and a case study. It is expected at the end of the research to have an in-depth knowledge of how intimate femicides in the city of Campinas occur, within the scope given to the project. Furthermore, it is expected that eventually it will be possible to contribute to the development of efficient public policies in order to curb the incidence of new intimate femicides (attempted or consummated).
