à contaminação de seus trabalhadores e se tal contaminação se equipara a acidente de trabalho
Abstract The present assignment persues the analysis of the contamination of hospitals by the global pandemic of Covid-19 under the aegis of labor law within the legal employment relationship of doctors and nurses infected by the disease within the place of provision of their health services, hospitals. Situating this problem in the Brazilian reality, the present work rescues the analysis of the national impacts arising from the Covid-19 pandemic that directly and indirectly affected Brazil, focusing, above all, on the issues and labor rights of professionals working in the health field who contracted the disease related to the event if Covid-19 appears as a work accident, especially an occupational disease, for indemnity purposes, all with a focus on data and national and international scientific articles, doctrines, legislation, and the understandings of ministries of Brazil. The objective is, at the end, to consider the responsibility of hospitals against the contamination of their workers and whether such contamination is equivalent to an occupational accident.
